Soni's client is looking for a
Senior SAP Business Analyst
near Allentown, PA (hybrid 3 days on-site). You will responsible for the maintenance and enhancements in SAP FICO module with experience in COPA. Responsibilities include supporting the business in FICO/COPA areas, including, production issue resolution, implementing new functionalities and enhancements, testing and end user training.
Role Overview:
Deliver ongoing production support and implement enhancements across SAP ECC FICO and COPA modules. Design and document functional specifications; collaborate with technical teams to build and deploy solutions within the FICO/COPA landscape. Train and support end users, ensuring efficient adoption of new processes and tools. Partner with the Finance team to provide comprehensive support in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Profit & Loss (P&L), General Ledger (GL), Balance Sheet, Dispute Management, and Credit Management.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
Expertise in COPA : Deep functional knowledge of COPA is essential, with direct experience in configuration and solution design. Hands-On Configuration : Ability to lead hands-on configuration and design within the FICO and COPA modules. Security & Compliance : Ensure alignment with NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and Hallmark standards across key areas such as Asset Management, Change Management, Incident & Problem Management, Patch/Vulnerability Management, Data Security, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery. Functional Scope : Customize, configure, integrate, upgrade, test, document, and support FICO/COPA components, including: Financial master data (vendors, customers, banks, cost centers, GL accounts) Cost element and cost center accounting Profit center accounting and product costing Dispute and collections management COPA reporting solutions Integration Experience : Proven experience with cross-functional integration involving SD, MM, and PP modules. Technical Interfaces : Working knowledge of EDI, ALE, and IDoc frameworks for data interchange and communication.
Job Specifications:
SAP Expertise : Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC FICO and COPA, with a proven track record of delivering functional solutions and production support. Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field preferred. Project Leadership : Demonstrated experience leading SAP implementations and enhancement projects. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language. Analytical Ability : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; capable of navigating complex business challenges and delivering actionable solutions. Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. Financial Acumen : Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and taxation is a plus. Client Service : Commitment to delivering exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Compensation: $125,000 to $140,000 Base Salary conversion + 10% Bonus Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
