Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing

Client Partner

to drive

new logo acquisition

in the U.S. market. This role is focused on

hunting and closing net-new enterprise clients , building strong C-level relationships, and unlocking long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and close

net-new logos

across the assigned territory/vertical Build and manage a

robust sales pipeline

from prospecting to closure Lead end-to-end

sales cycles , including solutioning and commercial negotiation Engage and influence

C-suite decision-makers

to position value-based solutions Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams for impactful pitches Meet and exceed

quarterly/annual revenue targets

and KPIs Qualifications:

8-15 years of experience in

enterprise B2B sales , with a focus on

new business development Proven track record of

closing large deals

($1M in ACV) in IT services, consulting Strong relationships in key verticals (e.g., BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing) Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of digital transformation, AI/ML, cloud, or data services Experience working in a

matrixed global delivery model Ability to thrive in a

high-growth, target-driven environment
