Radiant/Lumens

applications. This role includes Analyst positions from levels I through IV. Your final level will be based on your experience, Epic training qualifications, and how well you fit within our team culture. As an Epic Applications Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Epic system alongside other relevant applications. Depending on your level, responsibilities will increase, providing you opportunities for greater independence and leadership. Responsibilities include: providing on-call support, collaborating with clients, ensuring compliance with software lifecycle standards, mentoring junior analysts, and leading initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality. This position typically operates Monday to Friday during Eastern time business hours, with a possible on-call rotation. Flexibility for special events or staffing requirements may be necessary. A suitable virtual home office environment is required. Occasional travel may be needed for Go-Live installations or training. Your Responsibilities: System Build and Configuration:

Conduct independent research and configuration to streamline processes and boost patient safety. Heuristic Design:

Advocate for effective use of healthcare systems by using clinical knowledge to enhance workflows and system designs. Adapt and Innovate:

Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and peers to ensure effective communication. Information Technology:

Exhibit a basic understanding of systems development life cycle, applying best practices to maintain and evaluate the systems. Project Management:

Manage projects effectively while applying sound project management principles. Documentation and Testing:

Maintain comprehensive documentation, develop test scripts, and ensure compliance with standards. Ideal Candidate Profile: 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant education and experience. Demonstrated analytical abilities, with a preference for candidates with analyst experience in implementing vendor software or operational experience in healthcare. Epic experience is essential, with levels requiring various training and certification statuses. Certifications and experience should align with the position level. Candidates should have a strong background in system analysis, project management, and information systems in healthcare. Must thrive under pressure with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing situations. Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
