We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior SAP Enterprise Architect to lead the design and governance of our SAP architecture within a highly regulated environment. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the SAP transformation roadmap, ensuring our SAP ecosystem supports compliance, innovation, and operational excellence. The SAP Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and governing enterprise-wide SAP architecture strategies that align with business goals and IT strategy. This role ensures that all SAP solutions are scalable, sustainable, and integrated effectively across business functions, delivering optimal business value and technical performance.

Key Responsibilities: •Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide SAP architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, standards, and digital transformation strategies. •Develop and maintain a roadmap for SAP platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud) that supports long-term business objectives. •Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements, recommend SAP solutions, and define architecture blueprints. •Provide guidance on SAP best practices, integration patterns, and application lifecycle management. •Evaluate and select SAP and third-party technologies to optimize architecture and reduce technical debt. •Lead the assessment of current SAP landscape and recommend improvements in performance, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency. •Ensure proper governance and adherence to architectural standards across all SAP projects and programs. •Support large-scale transformation initiatives such as SAP S/4HANA migrations or cloud adoption strategies. •Serve as a thought leader for SAP trends, innovations, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, RISE with SAP). •Mentor and support development and solution teams across the SAP ecosystem.

Key Skills/Knowledge: •SAP certification(s) (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate, SAP Enterprise Architect, TOGAF). •Experience with SAP in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Energy or Healthcare. •Exposure to DevOps, Agile, or SAFe methodologies in SAP project delivery. •Experience with SAP Cloud technologies and other cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

Qualifications: •Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, In formation Systems, Engineering, or a related field. •10+ years of experience in SAP technology, with at least 5+ years in a SAP architectural or leadership role. •Deep expertise in SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM) and technical platforms (e.g. S/4 HANA, ECC, SAP BTP etc.) •Proven experience designing end-to-end SAP solutions in complex enterprise environments. •Strong knowledge of SAP integration tools (e.g., PI/PO, API Management, IDoc, ALE) and data architecture. •Familiarity with industry compliance and standards relevant to SAP environments. •Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman is a plus. •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 a year
