MISSION:
Rock Lititz is seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Program Manager, to lead innovative programming that strengthens employee engagement and builds the next of talent for the
live event industry . This role is ideal for a collaborative individual who is passionate about professional development and wants to make an impact in the industry. Working with multiple teams, this role is responsible for making connections across the community while also maintaining relationships with external partners. The ideal candidate will bring energy, empathy, and strong relationship building skills to a role that mixes
hands-on work and high-level impact .
OUTCOMES: (What must get done and how will we measure success)
Manage Rock Lititz Community programming for on- and off- campus company members, based on initiative team goals and existing cadence
Coordinate and execute Community employee engagement initiatives, including training, cross-company learning sessions, volunteer opportunities, and social/community events
Lead the Rock Lititz Ambassador Program by cultivating strong, cross-company relationships and proactively engaging new members to foster a collaborative community
Manage and grow our program, with a focus on mentorship, exposure to live event careers, and diverse talent development
Assist in maintaining and forming new connections with schools, colleges, and industry leaders to strengthen the talent pipeline and increase industry awareness among the next of industry professionals
Use CRM software to track interactions with key partners, identify opportunities to strengthen relationships, and update contact information
Stay informed on industry trends and help translate them into scalable workforce development strategies
Manage the logistics and details of various programs created and designed by the Initiatives team, focusing on those located in Lititz
Assist other team members in the implementation of programs on the Rock Lititz campus
Create strong working relationships with other members of the Initiatives team to ensure continuity and alignment in programming, presentation and brand
Requirements:
COMPETENCIES:
CRITICAL
3–5 years of experience in program management, nonprofit collaboration, or a related field
Excellent communication, organization, project management and relationship-building skills
A strong understanding of cross-community partnerships (profit and non-profit)
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, evolving environments
A proven track record of implementing programs that create real connection, skill-building, and impact
Experience in live events, entertainment, or creative industries is HIGHLY
Familiarity with the nonprofit world
Experience managing departmental budgets and/or expense tracking
CULTURAL
A passion for live entertainment
Strong ability to work with people and form relationships
Open to continuous learning in a dynamic environment, willingness to pivot as business needs shift
Ability to remain calm in difficult and/or complex situations and maintain an action oriented, problem-solving mindset
Demonstrate pride and ownership in your work
PHYSICAL
Frequent moving and lifting boxes, supplies, and packages of 30-40 lbs.
Frequent walking throughout campus but may remain stationary for long periods of time
Frequent use of manual dexterity to type, access files, and handle supplies
Occasional exposure to loud music, fog, or lasers
In addition to the functions listed above, the employee is expected to exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients and co-workers, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, maintain good attendance by working when and where directed, respect the work environment and keep it as neat and clean as possible. Every employee shares responsibility for health and safety within this company; failure to do so could result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. The employee is also expected to perform other duties and functions, assisting coworkers as needed.
