Position Overview As a Mesh Line Operator, you'll be responsible for running and maintaining advanced machinery used in the production of welded wire mesh.
Responsibilities
Operate welded wire mesh machinery, including setup, loading wire coils, and adjusting controls Monitor weld quality and mesh alignment during production Conduct routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications Document production data and report any process deviations or equipment issues Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work closely with maintenance and quality assurance teams Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training is a plus) Prior experience in a wire manufacturing or welding environment preferred Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications Mechanical aptitude and basic problem-solving skills Solid math skills (fractions, decimals) Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to lift up to 65 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements Team-player mindset with a strong work ethic
