The Bowen Group, a GTSC company, seeks a dynamic and innovative
Outreach and Engagement Program Manager (O&E PM)
to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of communications, engagement, and brand initiatives for Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). The
O&E PM
oversees personnel, drives campaign ideation, and maintains strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital engagement, public relations, and high-visibility government communications.
Work Location
HYBRID.
Chantilly, Virginia with occasional on-site support in Alexandria, Virginia. Some long-distance travel may also be required.
CERTIFICATIONS
Active SECRET security clearance or a favorable Tier 3 investigation adjudication.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, marketing, or related field.
REQUIREMENTS
8+ years managing Government or corporate communications.
5+ years in O&E leadership covering brand, content, PR, web/social media.
Experience providing support for large Department of Defense contracts with a preference for MC&FP or related support activities.
Favorable Tier 3 investigation adjudication or SECRET security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee day-to-day performance of all O&E-related tasks and personnel.
Drive campaign ideation, development, and implementation.
Act as the contractor's POC for O&E matters and liaise with Government stakeholders.
Lead efforts in content strategy, PR, branding, and digital communications.
Manage schedule, staff performance, and innovation in outreach initiatives.
Additional Requirements
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must have a favorable Tier 3 investigation adjudication or SECRET security clearance.
