Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in a management role designing innovative products

Experience working on micro scale or working with tight tolerances

Experience leading and working with technical staff

Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experienced in engineering design & simulation software

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
