Top 3 Must Haves: 1. Java 2. Angular 3. Spring Boot
Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in full stack development using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and RESTful APIs. Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like rally, Confluence, and Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Nice to have skills: Prior experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management systems. Exposure to RxClaim integrations is a plus. Understanding of security and compliance standards in healthcare IT.
Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end components for the myPBM platform. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features aligned with business goals. Implement APIs and microservices to support client onboarding, benefit plan configuration, and audit management workflows. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration/deployment activities. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance. Contribute to the automation of client provisioning, document center enhancements, and user feedback-driven improvements.
