Job Description:
The
Data Analyst
role is critical in converting complex business, customer, and technical data into actionable insights. These insights enhance operational efficiency, inform strategic decision-making, and maximize the potential of the company's platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of
technical expertise and business acumen , using
advanced analytics and reporting
across an integrated technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex datasets, using advanced analytical techniques to derive insights. Design, build, and deliver
reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
to empower customers and internal teams. Analyze
customer data
(qualitative & quantitative) to uncover trends and provide
actionable insights . Develop and maintain a repository of standardized and customized reporting templates. Communicate complex data insights effectively to
non-technical stakeholders
across departments. Work
cross-functionally
with
marketing, sales, product, and operations
to align data projects with business needs. Perform
ad-hoc analysis
and translate findings into
actionable recommendations . Collaborate with internal technical teams to
improve data quality
and enhance reporting capabilities. Design, develop, and implement
machine learning models
and forecasting techniques to predict construction project timelines and improve efficiency. Requirements:
4+ years
of experience in
data analytics
with strong problem-solving skills. Bachelor's Degree in
Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics , or equivalent relevant experience. Strong proficiency in
statistical methods, data manipulation, and pattern identification . Ability to devise and test
hypotheses , identify the right business questions, and implement research plans. Strong
business acumen , with the ability to translate complex data insights into
actionable business recommendations . 3+ years
of experience working
cross-functionally
with business teams to align data projects with company goals. Proven ability to engage in
independent data analysis
that uncovers insights and drives business change. Expertise in
data visualization tools
(e.g.
Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI ). Experience with
Predictive Analytics , including knowledge of
predictive modeling, machine learning, and forecasting methods . Proficiency in Python and SQL
for data analysis and automation. Advanced Excel skills , including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas. Experience with
Data Lakes and Cloud Platforms . Experience working in
Agile methodology environments . Industry experience in home construction is preferred .
