Such experience is typically gained in the IT field or through the performance of work where the primary concern is IT. Vendor/Contractor personnel assigned by the contractor in performance of this contract shall be acceptable to the USAO in terms of personal/professional conduct, technical knowledge, and experience. Skill set info Network/system administration, user support, MS SQL Server, Windows OS, system security, IT inventory tracking, web-based tools, customer-facing IT troubleshooting, desktop/laptop provisioning Education Successfully completed post-high school education.
