Today, Kirlin is a leader in LED lighting for sophisticated architectural structures and healthcare environments. The IT department at Kirlin supports a team of approx. 50 employees across engineering, manufacturing, sales, customer service, finance, and administration. It is a hands-on operation responsible for all core infrastructure, systems support, and end-user technology. As our long-standing IT Administrator transitions into retirement, we are seeking a technically skilled and resourceful individual to ensure continuity, security, and performance across all systems. Expectations of the IT Administrator: Management of all IT systems and technical needs of the company. Ensure uptime, performance, and security of physical and virtual servers. Administer user accounts, licenses, groups, and cloud services for local and remote Microsoft 365 & Azure AD. Network maintenance including updates, repairs, upgrades, and expansion. Assist in the development of best practices and security control of all networks and configurations in Microsoft Intune. Maintain Epicor ERP system and resolve issues as they arise. Build product configurators within Epicor for new products and perform any needed maintenance including implementation of basic programming rules. Train others as needed to improve the technical skills of the company. Maintain systems backup and recovery plans. Maintain a synchronized, collaborative workflow through positive, courteous team interactions. Provide Exchange system oversight, email filtering, and security. Maintain accurate network logs and information. Modify reports used in the Epicor ERP system. Maintain phone system, wiring, and programming. 99.9%+ uptime for all critical systems (servers, VMs, email, ERP). Response Time to Support Tickets average time under 1 hour, resolution within 24 hours for standard issues. Patch Compliance Rate 95%+ of systems updated within 7 days of release. System Documentation Completeness 100% critical systems documented and reviewed quarterly. Network onboarding for new employees. Antivirus updates and pushes. Network IT summaries and asset tracking. Annual Physical Inventory process execution. Skills and Demonstrated Experience in: Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager Windows Server 2008 R2 and forward Backup and disaster recovery tools (Veeam, Azure Backup, etc.) Network troubleshooting and security best practices PowerShell scripting and automation All Microsoft Office programs Seniority level
