Jefferson Health Data Management Specialist
Develop APIs and workflows to assist in managing the constituent database for the Office of Institutional Advancement (OIA) with a focus on developing reports and data visualizations for OIA teams and moving data between systems such as Cvent, HiveBrite, and financially related software into the Salesforce Enterprise CRM system. Duties include: provide day to day system development and support for the Salesforce CRM system, including connections to marketing tools such as the Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement modules; create business intelligence (BI) reports and visual analytics dashboards for the Office of Institutional Advancement (OIA) teams such as Gift Administration, Events, and the Alumni Association; and develop application programming interfaces (APIs) and Load Tools to perform mass data changes and imports into the constituent database. Additional duties include: develop data management workflows to support multiple Salesforce environments and to manage the flow of data between the Cvent event data management system and the Salesforce CRM to support the Events team; support the Alumni community on systems such as Cvent and the Hivebrite online community platform by developing reports, establishing and maintaining security measures, and supporting mobile applications (iOS and Android); create and maintain documentation around automation processes, transformations, data standards, and reports; collaborate with Salesforce Administrators to coordinate updates, tool implementation, and education; automate the Gift Administration and Data Quality audits, form letters, and data feeds to support Information Management & Analytics teams; and collaborate with the data architect to define data changes to the Operational Data Store (ODS) for reporting and analysis needs. Qualifications: Requires a Bachelors degree in Information Systems or a related field and 5 years of experience or alternatively, a Masters degree in same and 3 years of experience. Experience must include working with the Salesforce CRM system, the Cvent event data management system, the HiveBrite online community platform, BI tools (Qlik Sense, SSRS) for report, data visualization and dashboard development, T-SQL programming, and API development and management.
