Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance AI/ML software solutions to solve key business challenges. Lead technical design and scoping by partnering with cross-functional teams to define project specifications, oversee architecture, and own project deliverables. Drive code quality and uphold software engineering best practices through rigorous code reviews and constructive feedback. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure the reliability and stability of our systems. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software, cloud, or ML engineering with a BS degree (or 3+ years with an MS degree). Proven track record of building and deploying production-quality software in a cloud environment. Experience with the ML model lifecycle, including using tools to ship models to production on cloud platforms (GCP and Vertex AI are a plus). Strong understanding of modern AI/ML practices and proficiency in at least one language like Python, Java, or Go. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with modern CI/CD practices and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, GitHub). Advanced proficiency in Go or Python. Demonstrated experience architecting and building the underlying cloud environments for model training and deployment. Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $148,000 - $210,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
