Job Description: Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for a Division Chief to oversee the Water/Wastewater Engineering Group at our Headquarters facility in Millersville, MD.

This position develops, directs, manages, and prioritizes work at the Division level, and is responsible for providing comprehensive multi-disciplinary services for the planning, design, construction, site management and documentation of projects and facilities, and supporting services for clients of the Service. Develops and administers programs. Responsible for assuring that all services performed by the Division are cost effective, efficient and in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Also responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, preparing proposals when appropriate, negotiating contracts, and coordinating support services from other Divisions within the Group.

Estimated Pay Range:

$ 118,448.33 - $162,866.03

Minimum Requirements:

Registered Professional Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in related field, plus nine years of environmental, civil, mechanical engineering and project management experience, 5 years of which included supervisory duties. Must have a valid driver's license with less than 5 points.
