Assistant Vocational Nursing Program Coordinator
for our
San Jose, CA
campus. This is an on-campus position. Basic Function The primary role of the Assistant Program Coordinator is to support the Vocational Nursing Program Associate Director/Coordinator in ensuring the effective delivery of the program at their campus. Responsibilities include managing instructors in didactic and clinical roles, overseeing student academic progress, ensuring pass rates and licensure outcomes meet standards, and assisting with clinical site management. Additional duties involve monitoring student progress, coordinating tutoring, maintaining records of student performance and attendance, and conducting instructor evaluations and goal setting. The Assistant Vocational Nursing Program Coordinator will also serve as a didactic instructor as needed, focusing on class preparation, classroom management, and educational administrative tasks. The instructor's role includes preparing students for tests, planning daily instructional activities, and supporting classroom materials.
