As a
Special Projects Manager
on the Executive Support Team, you will manage complex strategic initiatives and be responsible for driving project deadlines for the Executive Leadership Team. This role is a key support to the Chief of Staff/Director of Special Projects and the Executive Vice President of Operations. The Special Projects Manager will lead complex and at times confidential projects in partnership with leaders throughout Beam, LivCor and PAC.
What You Will Do
Structure and manage special projects for Operations, Legal, Finance, and the Executive Leadership Team Coordinate work, as needed, with the ELT/SLT and department managers to provide a seamless and efficient flow of information Partner with Technology to ensure projects' goals are accurately reflected and represented on the roadmap Deliver results by actively supporting the planning, development, tracking, and execution of key company strategies and initiatives Take initiative to improve processes and effectively prioritize work for long-term company projects Manage project timelines, communications and stakeholders Determine and communicate if projects are at risk, off track or subject to blockers (including timeline, budget and staffing) Take on special projects that require confidentiality Plan and coordinate vendors for external engagements as needed Project administration, including calendaring of project meetings, distribution of status updates and project communications, submission of timely invoices and credit card reconciliations for key initiatives
What You Should Have
Bachelor’s degree PMP or other agile project management certification a plus At least five (5) years’ experience managing cross functional teams and large-scale projects The ability to connect with others to keep the team aligned and focused An analytical ability to collect and use information to solve complex problems Familiarity with Asana or other project management software is a plus Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of high-performance and several years of broad or cross-functional experience Expertise in managing and leading complex projects and assignments, at times simultaneously, with a high degree of autonomy, confidentiality, and accountability for results The ability to deliver clear messages and construct accurate, concise presentations demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to provide insight and recommendations into complex, unusual or difficult problems A demonstrated proficiency in computer/system/data skills to manage presentations, analysis, and data insights Experience in effectively managing relationships and collaborating with senior leaders and key internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated high integrity and confidentiality The ability to work under very tight time constraints and deliver a high-quality work product with a strong attention to detail Doing any, or all of that, in a multi-family environment would be good too.

Base Salary:
$120,000 - $135,000
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
