Day.Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a Physician Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our OFFICE OF PROVIDER EXPERIENCE team!The Provider Sourcing Specialist's primary duty is to provide resources in sourcing candidates for open positions and practice opportunities throughout the health system. This includes sourcing for professional providers such as physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, but may include other clinical staff as assigned. Sourcing activities include journal advertising, Internet postings, websites, social media, direct mailings and telemarketing. The Provider Sourcing Specialist will coordinate activities with the Director of Provider Recruitment to assure program continuity, budget oversight and effective system operation.HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.
