Apply today and be part of our growth!Job DescriptionThe Media and Production Specialist is a part of the Marketing Team and is responsible for executing day-to-day tasks, involved in the creation of video and photography assets. Projects include, but are not limited to, photography, animation, videography for paid advertising campaigns, in-store marketing collateral, email, social, TV commercials, and other promotional assets. This position sees projects all the way through from initial concepts to post-production.Responsibilities- Assist in the development and execution of multimedia content for use across digital platforms, including television platforms, web, social media, email, and in-store displays.- Support seasonal and evergreen campaign rollouts with updated creative assets and refreshed content tailored to key marketing priorities.- Coordinate production timelines, content calendars, and asset delivery with cross-functional teams including marketing, eCommerce, buying, and operations.- Help shoot, edit, and finalize video/photo content showcasing product launches, store events, and brand storytelling moments.- Maintain brand consistency across all produced content in alignment with established design and marketing guidelines.- Assist with planning and organizing content shoots, including product styling, set design, and location scouting when needed.- Work collaboratively with graphic designers, copywriters, and media specialists to bring campaigns to life.- Monitor content performance and provide input for ongoing optimization based on key marketing objectives and KPIs.Skills and KnowledgeAbility to multi-task and balance multiple priorities., Creative and artistic capability with a keen eye for detail, Passion for sports and retail, Proficiency in Adobe Creative (InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Excel) suites, Proficient in camera operationsQualificationsQualifications - Bachelor's degree in film, marketing, communications, or a related field required. Willingness to work outside of regular office hours when needed.Physical Requirements - Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift as much as 10 pounds.Travel Requirements - Occasional travel out-of-state markets required for creative shoots.$55,000.00 - $70,000.00Annual
