Remote (United States) Company Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent at all levels, from analysts to VP positions. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the organization. Maintain candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical recruitment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong ethical standards and the ability to work independently. Experience recruiting across a broad range of roles, from analyst to executive levels, is a plus. Bi-lingual candidates and those with global recruiting experience are highly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with SAP products or a willingness to learn.
