to lead financial strategy and treasury operations for a $500M+ business unit with 11 facilities across the U.S. and Mexico. This is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity based in
Richmond, VA , where youll report directly to executive leadership and serve as a key advisor on global finance strategy. Monitor FX exposure and results Develop hedging strategies with corporate team Optimize interest and manage excess cash Liquidity & Cash Management
Lead cash forecasting, pooling, and intercompany lending Manage financing (equity, loans, leasing, factoring) Oversee bank terms, pricing, and credit lines Cashflow & Collections
Drive cashflow discipline across sites Forecast and improve year-end cash position Set global credit limits and manage customer risk, LCs, and guarantees Insurance & Risk
