The Decentralized Learning Specialist (DLS) is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to meet the learning and development needs of store-level management within one zone (Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and Chefs). This role collaborates with Regional and Zone leaders to enhance knowledge, skills, and performance, ensuring continuous growth and business effectiveness. The DLS works with other departments and the Zone leadership team to assess training needs and develop plans to bridge skills and competency gaps. They conduct mindset, skillset, and toolset training for store management within their assigned zone. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, facilitate, and track field training programs focusing on mindset, skillset, and toolset to improve Operations management performance. Modify and enhance leadership training materials suitable for different Operations management roles. Develop and facilitate engaging learning sessions that align with company culture and needs, using various delivery methods including instructor-led, experiential, self-study, e-Learning, in-store, classroom, and virtual sessions. Assist Regional Leadership in assessing and developing Operations management through visits, development programs, and meetings. Provide mentorship to develop high and low performers among Operations management. Conduct store visits and participate in Operations meetings to deliver leadership training. Support career growth of store managers through visits, assessments, and mentorship. Mentor and prepare managers for promotion. Offer advice, feedback, and support for people development. Employ motivating teaching strategies and stay updated with training best practices and technologies. Participate in projects as assigned and ensure timely completion of training initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent Operations management experience At least five years of Leadership Training, Facilitation, or Employee Coaching experience Successful completion of required trainings Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment

Pay Range: $90,000 - $126,500 annually, determined by location and experience. Position Details
