Enterprise CRM Data Architect

This position will be supporting Sales Technology, a technical team within Compass Group, focusing on a multitude of use cases ranging from supporting new business sales, client retention, and operational needs across Compass Sectors and lines of business. The Sales Technology team is seeking an Enterprise CRM Data Architect with deep experience across Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Snowflake, AI/ML integrations, and enterprise-scale data ecosystems. This role will serve as the principal architect shaping how data flows across our enterprise landscapefrom CRM and Power Apps to AI-powered analytics and Snowflake data warehousing. As a hands-on strategist and a technology translator, you'll work across business lines, development, and analytics teams to define scalable data architectures that power intelligent insights, automated workflows, and future-ready platforms. You'll partner closely with Solution Architects, Developers, stakeholders, and end users to evolve our data capabilities and drive our data transformation forward. Job Responsibilities

Data Architecture & Strategy Lead the design of data architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and external enterprise systems. Define and implement best practices for data modeling, data integration, and metadata management. Architect robust data pipelines between Dynamics, Azure Data Factory, Fabric, Snowflake, and other systems. Ensure data scalability, quality, and governance while balancing performance and usability. Integration & Platform Innovation Spearhead integration between Microsoft technologies (Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure) and external sources like Snowflake, AI services (e.g., CoPilot, Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI), and ERP systems. Collaborate with solution teams to implement AI-driven capabilities within CRM and Power Apps experiences. Create reusable patterns and accelerators for data access, transformation, and real-time synchronization. Collaboration & Enablement Act as the Data thought leader and bridge between data engineering, analytics, and platform teams. Mentor developers and analysts on best practices for data architecture and low-code platforms. Translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders, advocating for scalable design. Governance & Optimization Drive data quality, lineage, and security standards across platforms. Collaborate with the Power Platform CoE to implement governance models and policies. Support performance tuning of analytics models, apps, and integrations. Qualifications

Bachelor's in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture roles with cross-platform exposure. Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM data structures and Power Platform extensibility. Expertise in Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or similar cloud data warehouses. Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and integrating them into business systems. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL frameworks, API-based integrations, and real-time data architecture. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for data and platform deployments. Special Skills and/or Training Desired: Microsoft Certifications (Power Platform Solution Architect, Azure Data Engineer, or Dynamics CRM). Experience with tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, Synapse Analytics, Dataverse, Fabric, Web APIs and Kingsway Soft. Strong command of Power BI and data visualization best practices. Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments with high-velocity delivery teams.
