Clinical Director of Behavioral Services Division:Hiring Range: $117,852.80 to $161,075.20Pay Range: $117,852.80 to $182,686.40Summary of Job Responsibilities:The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Division Clinical Director is responsible for Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement, clinical standards and clinical outcomes for the division. The Clinical Director is responsible for directing the day to day performance of clinical programs across the division. The Clinical Director works closely with the operational and division medical leadership to lead the establishment of strategies to ensure quality care for customer owners. The Clinical Director is responsible for managing and providing clinical supervision and leadership for the division directors as assigned. The Clinical Director provides direct customer-owner care.Qualifications:SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF's geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF's vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services:1. Current license as an LPC, LCSW, LPA or Psychologist.2. Five (5) years of experience in a clinical director or similar role.3. Meets all requirements in order to obtain associate medical staff membership and required privileges of service.4. Certified as an Alaska Professional Counselor Supervisor from the Alaska Board of Professional Counselors.5. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO and PALS as required for specialty and any certification relating to the scope of practice as required.Native Preference: Under P.L. 93-638, as amended, the company pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting and training.
