Full-time Clinical Supervisor - After-School ABA Program We're building something incredible-and we want YOU to be a part of it.About the Role:The Clinical Supervisor (After School BCBA) is a full-time hybrid role ideal for clinicians passionate about providing high-quality ABA services and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The Clinical Supervisor will oversee a caseload of focused ABA clients receiving center based after school ABA services. Primary responsibilities include ensuring treatment fidelity and supporting caregiver involvement to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients as well as R/BT training and mentorship. After school operations are from 3:00pm-7:00pm M-F and 9:00-12:00 Saturdays. Additional support provided to day program clients is also available to supplement evening hours. This is a hybrid role with only partial on-site availability required. Why Work at The Place:Compensation: Base salary $72,000 - $88,000 (salary commensurate with experience)Shared Success Bonus Plan: Earn up to $11,400.00 annually EX.
