Industry Computer Software Type Privately Held About the Role We are looking for a talented Lead Machine Learning and AI Engineer to spearhead the development and implementation of intelligent, user-centered solutions. This critical role ensures our customers achieve tremendous success from their first interaction through onboarding and continual engagement. The ideal candidate will define and execute our AI and ML strategy, lead core AI model initiatives, and manage the entire ML project lifecycle. As a visionary technical leader, you will mentor a dynamic team of ML engineers and data scientists, encouraging innovation and excellence in areas such as natural language understanding, knowledge graph reasoning, and reinforcement learning. The successful candidate should have substantial practical experience in AI/ML, with a minimum of 5 years devoted to building and deploying ML models, alongside a demonstrated ability in delivering AI solutions within real-world production settings. A Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field is required, coupled with advanced ML engineering experience at top technology organizations. You'll need strong programming skills, especially in Python, and proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Familiarity with distributed computing, big data management, and cloud services is essential. We value team-oriented players with a proactive, results-driven approach and a passion for translating research into practical applications. Experience in early-stage startups is highly desirable.
