With over 85 years in business, our client is committed to innovation, precision, and a family-oriented culture.At our state-of-the-art, 50,000 sq/ft climate-controlled facility, they use cutting-edge CNC lathes, mills, presses, and cold formers to produce high-quality components for automotive, industrial, and aerospace manufacturing.If you're looking for stability, competitive pay, and a strong team environment, this is the opportunity for you!Why You'll Love It Here: Competitive Pay - $20-$32/hr + Quarterly Bonus (up to 10%) Profit Sharing - Historically 15% employer contribution into 401K Great Work-Life Balance - 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday, 4 PM - 2 AM) Climate-Controlled Facility - Clean, organized, and comfortable work environment Cutting-Edge Machinery - Work with Mori Seiki, Star, Nakamura JX-250 CNC machines Stability & Growth - Privately held, 4th-generation family-owned business Comprehensive Benefits - Cigna health insurance, 100% employer-paid short & long-term disabilityWhat You'll Do: Program, set up, and operate multi-spindle bar-fed mill-turn CNC lathes Edit and troubleshoot G-code & M-code for precision machining Perform machine setups & tool changes for frequent part changeovers Dry-run parts in single block mode to ensure program accuracy Conduct first-article inspections and document dimensions for ISO compliance Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure quality Perform routine machine maintenance - check oil, lubricants, coolant levels Work independently with minimal supervision to troubleshoot and adjust programsWhat We're Looking For: 3+ years of CNC machining experience (mill-turn, multi-spindle preferred) Ability to program, set up, and operate CNC machines Strong G-code & M-code programming skills Experience with frequent part changeovers & custom machining Comfortable working independently on 2nd shift (minimal supervision) Ability to lift 50 lbs. & work in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have (Not Required): Experience with Nakamura JX-250, Mori Seiki, Star CNC machines 5-axis or 6-axis CNC experience ISO documentation experienceReady to Advance Your CNC Career?Our client offers a stable, well-paying opportunity in a high-tech, growing environment.
