About the Role
We're looking for a
Senior Business Analyst - Process Transformation
to join our global transformation team. In this role, you'll work closely with business partners across functions-including Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Customer Care-to assess current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement future-state solutions. You'll leverage process mining tools and drive initiatives from discovery through deployment and hypercare.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll bring structure to ambiguity and help lead the organization through process innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Collaborating globally and cross-functionally with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Controllership, IT, Marketing, and Customer Care & Aftersales
Using process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath Process Mining) to extract, analyze, and visualize system data from SAP R3/S4/HANA, Oracle, Salesforce, and others
Supporting all phases of process transformation projects, including prework, development, deployment, and hypercare
Analyzing and documenting current-state processes using tools like process flows, SIPOCs, and activity tables
Proposing future-state solutions to eliminate inefficiencies and pain points
Gathering business requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Identifying and documenting risks and controls
Developing and executing user acceptance test (UAT) plans, including test scenarios, data setup, and coordination with IT
Preparing training materials and conducting stakeholder training
Managing cut-over planning and supporting go-live execution
Tracking project status, risks, and deliverables using RAID logs and project plans
Mentoring team members and contributing to knowledge-sharing efforts
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Bring 5+ years of relevant work experience in business and process transformation, consulting, and/or project management
Have 3+ years of hands-on experience leading process transformation initiatives and using process mining tools
Demonstrate proficiency in process mining tools such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, or UiPath Process Mining
Be skilled in SQL, Excel, and data wrangling techniques
Understand SAP R3/S4/HANA structure and functionality
Effectively work across functions and manage internal/external consulting relationships
Exhibit strong mentoring, leadership, and project delivery capabilities
Show a passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be available to support teams during standard Eastern Time business hours (8-5 PM ET)
