About This Role:
Join Crusoe Energy as an experienced
R&D - Senior Technical Project Manager , where you will drive research, development, and implementation of critical cross-discipline and cross-organizational projects. You will lead innovation, influence development of responsible AI infrastructure, and support our expansion in hyperscale AI data center infrastructure, starting in Abilene, Texas. Leveraging your engineering and technical product development expertise, you will steer projects from definition through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, efficient execution, and impactful results. This is a full-time role for a highly organized, proactive individual with a proven track record in technical project management. What Youll Be Working On: Project Definition and Planning:
Lead technical and business scope definition, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop detailed project plans. Resource and Vendor Coordination:
Manage internal resources and third-party vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Project Documentation and Process Improvement:
Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to refining project management processes. Project Execution and Control:
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, managing resources effectively. Change and Risk Management:
Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes; perform risk assessments to minimize potential issues. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Use project management tools to measure performance and report to management. Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors. Team Leadership and Delegation:
Lead and delegate tasks within an R&D environment, leveraging team members strengths.
What Youll Bring to the Team: Extensive Technical Experience:
Bachelors degree and 20+ years in engineering or related fields, with strong product development background. Proven Project Management Expertise:
At least 15 years of successful project delivery experience. Leadership and Direction:
Ability to lead and manage teams effectively in an R&D setting. Independent Work Ethic:
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently. Solid Project Management Foundation:
Strong understanding of methodologies and best practices. Exceptional Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and client-facing interactions. Strong Organizational Capabilities:
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Teamwork and Influence:

Compensation:
