Business Analyst
TG Federal is looking to hire a Business Analyst to join our team in support of a large Federal (DoD) project.
Location(s):
100% onsite. No additional travel required.
Program Overview:
TG Federal is currently supporting a large-scale financial systems migration effort. As a member of our team, you will support our client in the goal of migrating the Standard Accounting, Budget, and Reporting Systems (SABRS) General Ledger and its feeder systems into a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ERP solution will enhance the GF migration business capabilities for Finance, Fixed Assets, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Workforce management.
Clearance:
Active Secret required.
Qualifications:
(required)
Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited US institution.
Three (3) years of progressive, relevant experience. An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for the minimum education requirement.

Role and Responsibilities:
Client ERP functional experience, client Financial Management experience, and DoD System Migration experience. Position will support USFFC in activities necessary to migrate from legacy General Ledger / feeder systems to client ERP
Business process experience in one or more of the following process areas: Budget to Authorize (B2A), Plan to Perform (P2Pf), Plan to Pay (P2Py), Post to Report (P2R), and/or Data Reconciliation / Validation
Functional experience / knowledge in one or more of the following modules: Finance (FI), Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), and/or Controlling (CO)
Establish an in-house knowledge transfer approach
TTT and EUT activities
Change impact assessment
FI Reports
Data conversion and cleansing activities
Cutover and catch-up activities
Recon activities
Dashboard Development
Assist with brownout activities in both CFMS (client Command Financial Management System)/SABRS (Standard Accounting Budgeting and Reporting System) and client ERP
Preferred Experience:
Prior client experience and hands on experience within client ERP
SAP user experience in any of the following modules (MD, FI, FM, CO, MM, SD, PS, WFM)
