Skill: UI/UX Designer
We are seeking a UX/UI Designer who can work seamlessly across business and technical teams to evaluate, redesign, and modernize existing user interfaces.
The ideal candidate is user-focused, technically aware, and business-savvy, with a strong understanding of modern design trends and a vision for scalable, future-ready UI solutions.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar. Strong knowledge of responsive design, design systems, and component-based design. Understanding of front-end technologies (for collaboration): HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.). Experience in designing for accessibility standards (WCAG compliance). Familiarity with user testing, A/B testing, and analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.). Functional Skills:
Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications (web and/or mobile). Ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into elegant user experiences. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams: product managers, developers, QA, and business owners. Excellent communication and presentation skills ability to defend design decisions with data and user feedback. User-centered design thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities. Responsibilities:
Evaluate and Analyze: Review existing UI/UX designs and workflows; identify usability issues and modernization opportunities. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business users to understand goals, needs, and pain points. Tech Team Partnership: Collaborate with developers to understand platform constraints and ensure designs are feasible and scalable. Design Execution: Produce user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs. Modernization Strategy: Define a UX/UI roadmap that aligns with current trends and is adaptable to future needs. Design Standards & Systems: Build or refine UI design systems and ensure consistency across applications. Advocacy: Promote design thinking across the organization; educate stakeholders on UX best practices. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies; continuously improve the design process. Salary Range - $95,000-$120,000 a year
