Title : Mental Health Therapist
Location : Baltimore, MD (Onsite) Employment Type:
Full Time; Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, with one late day per week
Compensation Pay Range:$60.00-$80.00/Hrs
Description Work with clients referred for mental health or dual diagnosis treatment. Perform independent therapeutic care, treatment, and rehabilitation. Plan and conduct therapeutic activities and counseling sessions. Demonstrate an understanding of the full continuum of care. Understand the operation of therapeutic programs and client progression.
Key Responsibilities Evaluate, treat, and diagnose clients with mental health disorders or dual diagnoses. Schedule or assist with scheduling clinical and support staff. Continue special training as designated by the supervisor. Maintain client case records and documentation. Facilitate or participate in special events such as retreats and workshops. Manage a full client caseload and act as a lead counselor. Moderate special groups and facilitate family meetings.
Qualifications Master's degree and independent license to practice (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LGADC, LGPC, LCADC, LCPC). Maintain a valid driver's license and professional credentials.
