This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and potential for long-term growth. You will be responsible for MIG and TIG welding aluminum parts according to precise specifications and blueprints.Key Responsibilities:Perform MIG and TIG welding on various aluminum parts and assemblies.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine the appropriate welding processes and specifications.Set up and operate welding equipment, including adjusting voltage, amperage, and wire feed speed.Inspect welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.Clean and prepare surfaces to be welded.Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper functioning.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient production.Complete all necessary documentation accurately and on time.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Proven experience with aluminum welding (MIG and TIG).Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Able to work independently and as part of a team.High school diploma or equivalent.Successful completion of a welding test may be required.Benefits (upon permanent hire):Comprehensive benefits package (details to be discussed upon permanent offer)Opportunities for career growth and advancementA stable and supportive work environmentOvertime is available for this position, providing an excellent opportunity to increase your earnings.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $25.00
