A banking employer is looking for a Vulnerability Analyst/Systems Engineer to join their team in Middletown, CT. This resource is being brought in to help reduce the existing backlog of vulnerability tickets across desktops, applications, and servers. This role involves investigating the root causes of vulnerabilitiessuch as failed Adobe or application patchingand working closely with IT teams to ensure timely remediation and prevent recurrence. Youll use tools like Tenable to identify, validate, and track vulnerabilities, while also helping to improve patching processes and system hygiene. As this person works through the existing backlog, theres potential for this role to grow into broader system administration responsibilities over time.

Skills and Requirements
4+ years of experience in an IT role focused on Vulnerability management/remediation
Previously used Tenable or related tool to identify, validate, and track vulnerabilities
Strong understanding of patching for desktops, servers, and applications
Familiar with Windows environments/Microsoft technologies null
