Job Description: As a Senior .Net C# Developer, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of a division-level in-house software system for the Client's Division of Securities and Retail Franchising. This role involves designing and developing complex web applications using Blazor, C#, and .NET technologies, while working with both Oracle and SQL Server databases. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently or collaboratively, translating formal requirements into technical solutions and ensuring compliance with established development standards.

Key Responsibilities: •Maintain existing web and client-server applications •Participate in the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment •Translate formal requirements into database and program solutions •Develop wireframes and prototypes for application components •Deploy application builds and manage versioning •Document development work and provide technology turnover to internal teams

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: •Proficiency in C#.NET and experience with Visual Studio •Strong experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Visio •Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript •Experience maintaining client-server applications (C#/VB.NET, ADO.NET, Oracle) •Web application maintenance experience including MVC, web forms, and Blazor •Experience with Web API development and maintenance using C#, Entity Framework, and LINQ •Proficient in Oracle and SQL Server with solid PL/SQL skills •Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source control and project tracking •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Excellent verbal and written communication abilities •Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
