What We're Looking For: • At least 10 years of experience managing wood-framing projects in the multifamily space (garden-style, wrap, mid-rise, etc.). • Strong command of project delivery from preconstruction through final walkthroughs. • Capable of managing multiple jobs while maintaining schedule, quality, and cost controls. • Proven experience working with general contractors and subcontractor partners. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Comfortable reading and interpreting construction documents, material lists, and blueprints. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar). • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred. • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor, train, and guide others.
