One of the top general contractors in Massachusetts is searching for a

Lead Project Manager . The company has been in business for 20+ years and is based in Falmouth, MA.

They generate over $150m/year in annual revenue, specializing in residential, commercial, healthcare, academic, and government projects. Over 80% of the business comes from repeat clients, and only 20% from bid-work.

This Lead Project Manager will manage medium to large-scale construction projects ($20M+) across Southern MA, Cape Cod, and Martha's Vineyard. Typical project types include schools, healthcare, commercial, hotels, and wood-frame construction projects.

Compensation depends on experience but is 130 - 170K.

Job Title:

Lead Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of ($20M+) construction projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all objectives are met. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Skills & Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or any related field. At least 4+ years of experience being the LEAD Project Manager on projects Experience with high-budget projects, with a minimum value of $15 million. Experience with full financial control over projects, including procurement, budget, cash flow projections, and project closeout.
