Role- Java Tech lead with React . This role typically involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications, leveraging Java for backend services and React for frontend user interfaces.Key Responsibilities:• Technical Leadership & Mentorship:• Guiding and mentoring junior developers on best practices, coding standards, and technical solutions.• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.• Facilitating technical discussions and decision-making within the team.• Software Development & Architecture:• Designing, developing, and deploying scalable and robust applications using Java (e.g., Spring Boot, Microservices) and React.js.• Ensuring the implementation of secure and performant API integrations between frontend and backend.• Contributing to architectural discussions and defining technical roadmaps for projects.• Project Management & Collaboration:• Collaborating with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• Participating in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).• Identifying and mitigating technical risks and dependencies.• Quality Assurance & Performance:• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality software through thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization.• Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues.Required Skills and Qualifications:• Proficiency in Java and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring Framework, Microservices).• Strong expertise in React.js and its associated libraries/tools (e.g., Redux, Hooks, JSX).• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).• Understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
