We’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team, specializing in the programming and development of high-precision aerospace components using lathe and mill machines. In this role, you’ll create and optimize programs, post G-code, and oversee machining operations—from first article through full production. You'll be responsible for writing detailed manufacturing plans, developing tooling and fixtures, and collaborating with manufacturing engineers to implement efficient, high-quality machining processes. To succeed, you’ll need to be self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving complex machining challenges in a fast-paced aerospace environment. Key Responsibilities: Program and operate multi-axis machines (2-axis, 3-axis, 5-axis, mill/turn) Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam or similar CAM software Post and manually edit G-code to improve efficiency and accuracy Design and develop custom tooling and fixturing solutions Create clear and accurate setup documentation Incorporate machine simulations and manage machine definitions Collaborate with engineering and production teams to transition parts from first article to production Apply strong understanding of GD&T and tight tolerance requirements Required Qualifications: 10+ years of CNC machining experience 3+ years of CNC programming experience Strong understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-up Experience with high-precision, multi-axis machines Proven ability to optimize and manually edit G-code Experience machining Inconel or similar nickel alloys Excellent communication skills and ability to follow detailed work instructions U.S. Person status as defined by ITAR regulations Preferred Qualifications: Degree in engineering or a related technical field 7+ years of experience in aerospace or turbine engine component manufacturing Join Our Team: This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for precision, innovation, and high standards in aerospace manufacturing.
