SR. Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities: • Primary responsibilities include performing project-based engineering, design, installation and troubleshooting of network and security solutions. • Working with our customers and the engineering team to successfully implement secure LAN/WAN network solutions. • LAN routing and switching design, configuration and deployment in small to very large enterprise environments. • Provide network engineering consulting services, including: assessment, design and implementation of Wireless infrastructure and network security products/solutions. • ssist clients through planning, design and implementation of secure data communications and Wireless networks. • Develop comprehensive graphical and text-based design documentation and effectively manage the implementation process from design to customer acceptance. Required Skills: • Expert-level knowledge and experience with design, implementation and support of the following: o Complex routing and switching solutions (Cisco is a must) o NGFW/Firewalls/VPNs ( Cisco). o SDWAN Experience (Meraki and Cisco a must, Silver-Peak is a plus). • Foundational Knowledge in the following areas a plus. o WS/Azure Cloud Network and Security. o IDS/IPS solutions (Sourcefire/Palo Alto a plus). o uthentication solutions including 802.1x/RADIUS/TACACS, MFA(Okta, Duo) and RSA. • Drive to learn programmable infrastructure skills (PYTHON, NETCONF, Ansible, APIs, REST, YANG etc). Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience • 7 to 10 years of experience in project-based engineering, design, installation and troubleshooting of Network and security solutions. • CCNP or 7+ year equivalent experience is required
