Senior Salesforce Project Manager (Health Cloud)
Location: Hybrid - 1-2 days St Louis Park
As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Salesforce projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices, coupled with hands-on experience in configuring solutions to meet the unique needs of call center environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects within Health Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including call center operations, sales, IT, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements and define project scope. Design and configure Salesforce solutions, leveraging your expertise in call center processes and Salesforce platform capabilities. Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines effectively to drive successful project outcomes. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce best practices and call center optimization strategies, offering insights and recommendations to drive business success. Qualifications:
