We are actively seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our dedicated team serving a customer in Springdale, OH. Compensation and Benefits: Average gross pay of $85,000+ per year, with top drivers earning up to $110,000+ $12,500 sign-on bonus for new drivers, paid out monthly while actively employed Flexible shifts with the choice to stay out a night or two for longer loads, while also accommodating local out and back freight Guaranteed weekly pay of $1100 Unlimited driver referral bonus of $2000 per referred driver Quarterly safety bonuses Weekend premium pay of $50.00 for each weekend day worked, with an every-other-weekend schedule Sleeper pay of $35 per night for DOT breaks taken in the truck away from home What You Can Expect from LCL Bulk: Preloaded pickups ready for your convenience Truck parking available at the customer site in Springdale Assigned late model equipment with complimentary XM radio Paid orientation and tanker training at $200 per day during training Tanker endorsement required (we reimburse if hired) Key Responsibilities: Prioritize safety and efficiency in maintaining company vehicles Safely transport goods to designated destinations while meeting customer requirements Maintain accurate electronic logs and follow FMCSA regulations Exhibit strong customer service and communication skills with dispatch, customers, and colleagues Show responsiveness and a willingness to assist when needed Benefits Include: Weekly payroll via direct deposit Medical, dental, life, and vision insurance 401k match and profit-sharing opportunity Paid holidays and PTO Why Work With Us?
