This leader will assist in managing all food and beverage outlets: the redesigned Article One - American Grill and Bar, In-Room Dining, and the all-new Regency Club Lounge. The Assistant Outlets Manager will work closely with the leadership team and be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the outlets including (but not limited to) ensuring exceptional guest experiences, scheduling, payroll, training, and coaching of the team. Someone successful in this role will be well positioned to grow their career with Hyatt, and schedule flexibility is required that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

The salary range for this position is $56,800 to $62,400 (commensurate with experience).

Qualifications:

Ability to lead with care in both guest and colleague interactions

2 years of experience in Food and Beverage in a leadership role preferred

Excellent customer service skills

Proficient in computer systems (Micros, Office, Email)

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Refined verbal communication skills

Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances

Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
