Job Description The Quality Inspector is expected to provide quality assurance support on the production floor to increase internal and outgoing quality levels, supporting overall customer satisfaction of our products. They will visually check parts and help with dimensional checks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

(Other duties may be assigned as needed.)

Perform inspection of manufactured parts and assemblies to ensure compliance to product requirements and customer specifications. Maintain quality control documentation as required and assigned. Review parts with questionable visual defects and make determinations on part conformance as needed Collect temperature data for the forming process (Sheet and Demold) Review non-conformances and determine/concur on disposition. Keep non-conforming area current and well organized and maintained. Experience and Skills Minimum Level of Education/Training Required

2+ years of experience working within a thermoforming manufacturing setting.

Minimum Experience Required

Basic hand metrology tools - i.e. tape measure, caliper, go/no go

Strong competency of visual thermoforming and machining defects Job Benefits Insurance
