We Are Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our dynamic team in the wire and cable manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing production schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands while optimizing operational efficiency.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Develop, maintain and optimize production schedules based on demand forecasts and available resources Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with schedules and priorities Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or changes in demand Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in the scheduling process Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on production status and any changes to schedules Ensure compliance with industry standards throughout the planning process Assist in the development of inventory management strategies to reduce lead times Utilize scheduling software and tools to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency Other duties as assigned What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):

3+ years of experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace or related industry Strong understanding of production processes, materials management and manufacturing principles Proficiency in scheduling software systems Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Must be computer savvy and learn company proprietary software programs Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task, and work well under pressure with changing priorities Special Requirements:

U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or

asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. ITAR requirement 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
