THE ROLE Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit use cases and translate them into precise, context-aware prompts for LLMs Design, test, and iterate on prompts using tools such as ChatGPT to drive high-quality, business-relevant outputs Validate AI responses for alignment with ethical and Responsible AI guidelines, ensuring accuracy, tone, and compliance Work closely with software engineers to operationalize prompts into scalable AI applications Continuously research prompt patterns, model behaviors, and new GenAI techniques to evolve internal best practices YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A successful Prompt Engineer in this role will likely have the following skills and experience:
Advanced experience crafting, testing, and optimizing prompts for LLMs in real-world business contexts Deep understanding of how Generative AI systems work, including model limitations and tuning techniques Strong analytical and creative thinking skills; able to reverse-engineer and refine prompts for specific outcomes Hands-on experience with Python, Jupyter Notebooks, and prompt testing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
