The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that generate significant business outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: Establishing and promoting best practices for research and analytics. Creating a culture of excellence within the team to ensure outputs align with business impact and regulatory standards. Guiding the long-term growth of the DS&A organization through effective talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning. Building and scaling high-performing teams that can influence within our executive leadership. The successful candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields, with at least 5-7 years in senior leadership roles. An advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience is required. Key qualifications include: Deep expertise in advanced machine learning, statistical modeling, experimental design, and large-scale data processing. A history of leading significant research initiatives that provide measurable business value. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Extensive experience in data governance, MLOps, and quality assurance best practices. A solid understanding of data architecture principles, particularly in the healthcare domain.
