In this prominent role, you will act as the chief executive officer for the College, guiding comprehensive strategies to fulfill the objectives outlined in the university's strategic plan. Key responsibilities include: Recruiting and retaining exceptional talent Increasing enrollment and supporting student success Building strong alumni and external partnerships for fundraising The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. in agriculture, environmental sciences, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 3 years of senior leadership experience. You should possess a robust background in financial management, leadership, and embody the values integral to a land-grant university. We seek a leader who excels in change management, faculty and staff development, and has a proven and successful fundraising record.
