Commercial Roofing Project Manager
Own Complex Projects. Lead with Impact. Location: Austin, TX (Relocation Assistance Available) Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 + Performance Bonuses + Full Benefits Take Charge of High-Stakes Roofing Projects in a Market That's Booming We've partnered with a nationally respected commercial roofing and building envelope contractor-renowned for handling mission-critical, multi-million-dollar projects across healthcare, government, institutional, and industrial sectors. They're growing fast, and they need a confident, capable Project Manager to anchor operations in Austin, TX. This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives on autonomy, excels in complex environments, and wants to be trusted to run the show. Oversee roofing and envelope projects ranging from $1M to $10M+ Manage safety, scheduling, budgets, and subcontractors from start to finish Deliver work in occupied and secure environments-hospitals, government sites, schools Coordinate closely with clients, vendors, site supers, and internal teams Troubleshoot issues, drive solutions, and keep projects moving efficiently Review outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement What You Bring to the Table:
5+ years leading commercial roofing or envelope projects Expertise in TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal systems, and waterproofing Proficiency with tools like Procore, The Edge, and Microsoft Office Experience working in active facilities-safety-first mindset a must OSHA 30 or 500 certified (EM 385 or LEED is a plus) High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred You'll Fit Right In If You're:
A hands-on leader who doesn't wait to be told what to do Cool under pressure and confident making tough calls A sharp communicator who can align multiple stakeholders Solution-focused with an eye for the big picture Motivated by fast growth and meaningful work
