Compensation: $140,000 - $175,000 total compensation package

We're recruiting on behalf of a nationally respected construction management firm with a track record of delivering some of the country's most complex and mission-critical data center projects. This is your chance to join the team on a $6B flagship greenfield data center project in Amarillo, TX, currently in the design and pre-construction phase.
As Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving day-to-day project execution, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, and managing the critical path to successful delivery. What You'll Own
Drive day-to-day execution across multiple project workstreams. Coordinate directly with owners, contractors, consultants, and engineers. Manage project budgets, costs, and change orders. Support the development and maintenance of the master schedule, while identifying risks and ensuring mitigation. Oversee onsite construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and stakeholder updates. What We're Looking For 10+ years in construction management. Experience on data center, mission-critical, or complex infrastructure projects required. Strong background in general contracting, architecture, or engineering. Excellent understanding of MEP systems and data center-specific infrastructure. Proven experience managing contractors and vendors in high-velocity environments. Highly organized with strong documentation and communication skills. About the Company
